Pay Bill By NEFT(National Electronic Fund Transfer)

Dear Subscriber!!
Here is an easy way to pay your broadband bill online.

Please follow the below process only once, and after this you can pay your bill just at a click.

PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT:
ONLY USE THE BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE SAME NAME AS REGISTERED IN CONNECTION
for example if name registered in connection is Mr "Manoj Garg" then please make sure it is paid through the bank account of Mr "Manoj Garg", so that it is easily located.

How to pay online.

You can use your Bank account to pay broadband bill online by using NEFT facility of your account as per the following details:

• Step 1. Please open your online net banking website
• Step 2. Please search for the section "Funds Transfer" and add beneficiary, (please note every bank has different place for this section)
• Step 3. Please add "Pc Care Airway Infratel Private Limited" in your list of beneficiary for N.E.F.T as per the following details:

Please note: that the above activity needs to be done only once. After this whenever you would like to pay your broadband bill it is just a click away.

Please Note:-Dear customer with reference to above making payment , You will get your payment acknowledgement on Mail & SMS immediately, Original proper payment receipt will be create and mail you on your registered mail id after posting the payment in your account ledger within 2-3 days .(if you will not get the receipt kindly send your payment screen shoot and write to us on account@pccaronline.in).

PAYMENT METHODS

The subscriber can make payment of Airway Broadband Service Bill through cheque/Demand in favour of "PC Care Airway Infratel Private Limited" via Drop Box, Courier or home Pick-up option.

Drop Boxes

Cheque/Demand Draft can be dropped in drop box at 23, Viveka nand colony, Near silver estate, University Road, Gwalior . But do not forget to mention your account id along with mobile number on back side of Cheque/Demand Draft.

By Courier

Cheque/Demand Draft can be sent by courier to Pc Care Airway Infratel Private Limited, House No.23, Viveka Nand Colony, Jiwaji University Road, Gwalior-474011 (M.P.)

Home Pick-up Facility

The subscriber can hand over Cheque/Demand Draft against proper field payment receipt to authorised collection executive or representative. Original E-receipt has been mailed to you on your registered mail id, To avail this facility, call customer Care on +91 751 24580201, 2458202 or 2458203 or send an e-mail to "wecare@pccareonline.in" . This facility is available at a nominal fee of Rs.25 per instance to be paid at the time of collection.

Guidelines to prepare your cheque:

Cheque/Demand Draft should be crossed and A/C payee in favour of "Pc Care Airway Infratel Private Limited" write or mentioned your billing account number (BAN) which is present blow subscriber user id in the right side of Airway Broadband Service monthly bill.

In case a subscriber has paid the Airway Broadband Service Bill through Cheque/Demand Draft without mentioning billing account number (BAN), the amount will not get credited to the respective subscriber account. Outstation cheques are not accepted.

PAYMENT METHODS

In order to make Airway Broadband Service Bill payment, subscriber opting for cash payment can use home pickup facility.

Home Pick-up Facility:-
