• Subscriber Important terms and Acknowledgement (Customer are requested to read carefully before submit )
• 1.If you are using yearly or six monthly subscription plan and want migrate your service into FiberOne (Fttx) Broadband in this case company will cancelled your current yearly or six monthly subscriptions by deducting GST @18% and cancellation charges @8% and transfer your remaining amount to new FiberOne connection.
• 2. You are compulsory to return all current service CPE equipments to us in good condition.
• 3. Minimum time to migrate and installation of FiberOne Connection is 7 working days.
• 4. All Fttx service CPE provided to activate FiberOne Broadband are returnable to us at the time disconnection or discontinue.
• 5. FiberOne Broadband speed cannot be checked on wifi router so kindly do not force to us.
• 6. To get best speed test result of FiberOne Broadband as per your plan always tests your connection on wired connectivity (LAN).
• 7. All FiberOne CPE Equipments (Outdoor/Indoor) always remain property of company and same will returnable to us at the time of disconnection and termination.
• 8. You are also permit to company technical team to put fiber Distribution box (FDP) outside your/ premises and allowed to carry fiber cable inside the home/premises to drop point and put indoor fiber CPE equipments to activate the connection.

With reference to above mentioned information kindly migrate my existing/currently running Airway Broadband connection into FiberOne (FTTX) Broadband at my existing location/premises. I am/we are ready to returning all CPE equipments as per last installation report to the company. We are/I am also permit to FiberOne technical team to put Fiber Distribution box (DP) outside my/our premises and allowed to carry fiber cable inside the home/premises to drop point and put indoor fiber CPE equipments to activate the connection.
